Common questions

What do Found, Getting warmer, Still hiding and Not it mean? Found jobs fit you and are worth applying to. Getting warmer jobs are close, with one thing off. Still hiding jobs were just found and are being scored. Not it jobs broke one of your house rules, like pay, location or a deal breaker.

How do I get better jobs found? Upload your resume, check your house rules on your Profile, and add a few project stories. On Home, answer the “Help us seek better” questions when they appear.

Where do I manage my subscription? On the website, under Billing. The mobile apps don't sell subscriptions.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete my account (website), or Account → Delete my account (app). It's erased after 30 days, and you can restore it until then.
